1. Line a 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate chunks over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
3. Transfer chocolate to a large bowl. Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Fold the mixture until seeds are fully incorporated into the chocolate.
4. Transfer to prepared pan and smooth the top. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
