1. Combine milk, coffee and peppermint extract in a medium saucepan. Heat, stirring often until the mixture comes to a rapid simmer. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk constantly until melted and frothy.
2. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
