1. Whisk together milk, heavy cream, sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently until mixture begins to thicken and boil, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let mixture cool slightly. Stir in butter and chocolate chips. Continue whisking until melted and combined. Set aside
2. Place chopped strawberries and blue berries into ice pop molds, dividing evenly between each. Pour white chocolate mixture over the top of the fruit in each cavity. Transfer to freezer for about 30 minutes then insert wooden sticks. Continue freezing for at least 8 hours before serving.
