1. Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until medium peaks have formed.
3. Place watermelon on a serving tray. Dollop whipped cream on top of each slice. Top with berries then drizzle chocolate on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
