1. Place chocolate chips, heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until mixture just starts to boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Drizzle chocolate sauce over ice cream and enjoy! Store remaining chocolate sauce in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Warm before each use.
