Organic, Allergen Free Dark Chocolate Fudge Pops (Paleo/Keto Friendly)

1. Add the coconut milk to a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Place the dark chocolate chips in a glass or metal bowl. Bring the coconut milk to a low simmer, then pour over the dark chocolate chips. Whisk until melted and well incorporated, then whisk in the stevia and water.

2. Pour the chocolate mixture into 8 popsicle molds and place in the freezer. Allow the pops to freeze until completely hardened, about 4 hours.

3. To unmold, place the popsicle mold in warm water, then pull out the pops. Enjoy immediately or store, wrapped individually, in the freezer.
