1. Combine cream cheese, butter, heavy cream, orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until fully combined and smooth. Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips.
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Scoop out about 3 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 10 balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and transfer to freezer for 10 minutes.
3. Melt remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
4. Reshape fat bombs if necessary. Roll in chopped pecans, and then drizzle with melted chocolate. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
