1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Break bittersweet chocolate bars into small pieces and melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Chop white chocolate bar into small pieces and melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
3. Pour bittersweet chocolate onto parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread chocolate into a rectangle about ¼ -inch in thickness. Drizzle lines of white chocolate on top. Using a toothpick, swirl the chocolates together to create a marbled pattern.
4. Top with assorted candies and decorations. Transfer to refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
