Halloween Blondies

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

3. Combine 1 cup of white chocolate chips, sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Melt, using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

4. Mix in eggs. Then add flour mixture and continue mixing until fully combined. Fold in remaining white chocolate chip, candy corn and peanuts.

5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
