1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Cut each of the tortillas into 8 triangles and transfer to baking sheets in even layers. Brush with melted butter then generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on both sides. Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
3. Break the bittersweet bar up into small pieces. Melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
4. Transfer cinnamon-sugar chips to a serving platter. Top with fruit, then drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!
