Organic Chocolate Chip Cherry Granola Bars

1. Line a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. Combine sunflower butter and honey in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, cherries, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Turn and fold the mixture until fully incorporated and coated.

3. Transfer to prepared pan. Firmly press the mixture into the pan and flatten the top. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into 16 bars and enjoy! Store granola bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
