Instructions:
1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Peel and cut bananas in half. Insert a wooden stick into each banana and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

2. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Dip each banana into the chocolate. Place chocolate-dipped bananas back on the parchment-lined baking pan, then add sprinkles.

3. Return to the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
